ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Community Cash is a gift certificate program connecting consumers directly with member businesses. As a catalyst for the support local movement in Jefferson County, this program encouraging spending with local businesses.

WHY IT MATTERS:

By encouraging local spending, the GWNC Chamber is catalyzing the support local movement in Jefferson County. When a consumer supports a local business, more money stays in our community, you’re supporting the local job base, you’re increasing the local tax base, and you’re investing in the businesses that will support our community.

HOW DO I USE COMMUNITY CASH?

    Purchase your Community Cash using the below form.

  • STEP TWO

    Use your Community Cash certificate at any participating businesses, just like you would a gift card.

  • STEP THREE

    Enjoy your shopping knowing that you are making a huge difference in supporting local small business in Jefferson County.

PURCHASE COMMUNITY CASH

  • Community Cash is a local gift certificate program that keeps spending right here in our region. Community Cash can be redeemed at participating Chamber member businesses for goods and services.

  • Community Cash can be used at any participating Chamber member business that has opted into the program. Find the current list here

  • When someone purchases or redeems Community Cash, those dollars are guaranteed to be spent with Chamber members. That helps keep money circulating locally, supports small businesses, and encourages people to discover new places in our community.

  • Community Cash acceptance is a benefit available to our Grow and Thrive Members. Click here to learn more.

  • Community Cash certificates include an expiration date for accounting purposes, which will be clearly printed on each certificate. We encourage recipients to use their Community Cash as soon as possible to support local businesses.
